All ceremonies include unlimited phone, E-Mail, Face Time or Zoom conferences (as appropriate and/or available), filing of the marriage license with the office of the County Clerk and an appropriate TTKC certificate.

BASIC CEREMONY
Simple ceremony with ONE add-on , NO extras and 15 guest MAXIMUM. Sand, Unity Candles, etc are the couples responsibility*.

available from TTKC for a slight additional fee (See additional fees, below).
CUSTOM CEREMONY
Includes up to 2 add-ons. No guest limit. Include couples' personal vows books at No Charge. Sand Ceremony Kit, Cord of Three Strands and Handfasting cords are available from TTKC for a slight additional fee.
PERSONALIZED CEREMONY
Same as Custom ceremony and includes Personal Comments (Questionnaire sent two weeks prior to ceremony and includes couples' choice of Personal Vows Books and Sand kit OR Cord of Three Strands Kit at No Charge. In-person meeting available, if requested.
DELUXE CEREMONY
Personalized ceremony plus 4 hours of officiant time (including the ceremony) . This can be before the ceremony, after the ceremony or split for a total of 4 hours (in any event, I will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the official ceremony start time). I will coordinate with the vendors, make sure that all items needed for the ceremony are in place (Sand, Unity Candle, etc.). I will “run through” the ceremony procedure with your parents and bridal party, if needed. I can also use part of that time for the opening of the reception (welcome, grace before the meal, etc.). “Down time” between the ceremony and the start of the reception will count as part of the four hours. If this option is selected I will not book any other ceremonies within two hours on each end, so my time is devoted exclusively to you. This option requires a $300.00 non-refundable deposit ($410.00 w/License Issuance) and the final payment is due thirty days prior to the ceremony. The late start fee does not apply, however, the four hours will begin at the original agreed start time. OVERTIME FEE WILL APPLY AFTER FOUR HOURS, AT THE RATE OF $100.00 PER HOUR OR PART THEREOF (payable by cash or credit card ).
RENEWAL OF VOWS
Same as above, but requires a copy of your marriage certificate (or proof of marriage).
QUINCEANERA
Today’s celebrations embrace religious customs, and the virtues of family and social responsibility. The Quinceañera tradition celebrates the young girl (la Quinceañera ), and recognizes her journey from childhood to maturity (usually her 15th birthday). The customs highlight God, family, friends, music, food, and dance.
This is a Personalized Ceremony.
PERSONAL COMMENTS
Add $30.00 to Basic, Custom or Civil ceremonies. Included with Personalized, Deluxe & Quinceañera Ceremonies.
Maximum Number of Guests
If the maximum number of guests indicated is exceeded, the fee will be changed to the next rate level .

Discounted rate for Active military, Midweek ceremony (Monday-Thursday)
Special Ceremonies (Sand Kit, Cord of Three Strands Plaque & Strands, Handfasting Kits and His & Hers Personal Vows Books) are available for a slight additional fee. Other items will be available at a future date.
Travel Surcharge and Parking Fees may be additional depending on the location and parking policy of the venue.
Holiday surcharge may apply during Christmas/New Years’ week, Easter, and the weekends of July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
If the ceremony including travel exceeds 3 hours, the Deluxe ceremony fee may be charged.
For certain services an administration and/or convenience fee may be charged to cover additional costs and expenses incurred.
A late start fee may be accessed, at the rate of $25/15 minutes or part, if the ceremony begins more than 15 minutes after scheduled start time. An additional $50.00 refundable deposit or signed credit card authorization may be required at booking.
A $200 NON REFUNDABLE ceremony deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. ($310 for ceremony w/license; $110 for license issuance only; $300 for Deluxe Ceremony ($410 with License). Final payment is due one week prior to the ceremony (except as noted). Sorry, No checks accepted. Discounts may NOT be combined.
A $100.00 CREDIT CARD HOLD IS REQUIRED FOR ALL BOOKINGS.
Your credit card WILL NOT be charged and
the hold will DROP OFF after the ceremony is complete.
